Can't read occupation. looks like Operative-Ribbon Mill (?). Age 14.

Name listed as Challey in 1910 Census. Age 24.
Occupation listed as laborer in Iron Foundry in 1910 Census.

1930 Census lists Charles living with Andrew and Catherine, and brother Richard. Age listed as 14. (He was 24 in 1910 Census. Maybe that Charles died, and Charles listed in 1930 Census was given same name????).

He was not mentioned in his mother's obituary. Must have died before 1933.

Could this be Martha?
The only place a Hattie is mentioned is in the 1910 Census as a daughter of Frederick and Theresa. Hattie's age 16 at that time, making her born about 1894 in PA.
Hattie's occupation listed as Box Maker in Meat House in 1910 Census.
Living at home at that time.
