1930 Census lists Edward Mehm (32), living at 241 Welles Street, with mother Anna. Occup. Shipping Clerk, Dry Goods.

Obituary:
W-B Record Tues. Dec. 21, 1954
Edward Miller, 56, of 241 South Welles Street, died Sunday night at General Hospital. He had been a surgical patient at the hospital two weeks.
Born in W-B, he was a son of Mrs. Anna Mehm Miller and late William Miller. He had been employed as a shipping clerk at Bergman's Store, working for the firm for the past 36 years. He was a member of St. Nicholas Church.
His mother is the only immediate survivor.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 from the home, with a mass of requiem in St. Nicholas Church at 9:30.
Interment will be in Mt. Greenwood Cemetery.

Funeral notice in W-B Record Thursday Dec. 23, 1954 lists the following pall bearers:
Robt. Knecht; Chas. Wolfe; Lester Eckert; William Knass; Joseph Slaman and Rubin Williams.

Frank was living on Maxwell Street, East End at the time of his father's death, Dec. 6, 1915.

Residing in W-B at time of marriage to Elizabeth Flynn.

Occupation listed as Salesman on marriage record to Teresa JORDAN.

1920 Census lists Frank J., age 42, living at 480 South River Street, with wife Teresa A., age 38, son Paul F., age 9, and son Frank, age 3. Frank J. born in Germany, Teresa born in Ireland, children born in PA.
Occupation listed as Clerk in department store in 1920 Census.

The Wilkes-Barre Record, probably Sunday, April 24 or Monday, April 25, 1927.

Frank J. Mehm, aged 48, of 480 South River Street, city, died on Saturday morning in Mercy Hospital after four weeks illness in Mercy Hospital of complications. Mr. Mehm was born in this city and had resided here practically all his life. He was a manager of Hirsch & Sons department store, South Main Street for a number of years and had been employed with that firm for thirty-five years.
Mr. Mehm was a member of St. Nicholas Church and St. Conrad's Society of the church. He is survived by his wife who before marriage was Theresa Jordan, three sons, Leon, of Buffalo, and Paul and Frank at home; also a sister, Mrs. Anna Miller, of this city. The funeral will be held from the family home, 480 South River Street on Tuesday morning with a high mass of requiem in St. Nicholas Church, and interment in Mt. Greenwood Cemetery.

Funeral of Frank J. Mehm
The funeral of Frank J. Mehm was held from the family home, 430(?) South River Street, yesterday morning at 9 with a largely attended high mass of requiem in St. Nicholas church at 9:30 by Rev. Charles J. Goeckel. Rev. Robert Morrow was seated in the sanctuary during the mass. Numerous floral tokens were carried by John Bertram and Fred Ritz. The pall bearers were Edward Miller, A. Gobel, Richard Eckenrode, Charlers Stortz, Charles Berger and Joseph Cronauer. Interment was in Mt. Greenwood cemetery where Rev. Michael Vetter gave the final benediction at the grave.
